Timeline & Fees

• Submission portal will open in early July.

• Mentors’ Academy will be accessible on our website in late July.

• Priority Submission deadline is October 30. Participants who submit before this deadline pay a discounted fee of 30 U.S. dollars each.

• Final Submission deadline is November 20. Participants who submit after October 30 and before this deadline pay the full fee of 50 U.S. dollars each.

• All fees assessed support the daily operation of GYACD.

• Participants in need can easily apply for full fee waivers on our website with a 200-word application.

• Winners will be announced in early December.
